I create empathetic experiences for those that need it most, starting with research. I thrive in spaces that have big impact. My projects have helped college students, especially international students, do their research more easily. I’ve helped data scientists at federal agencies do their work far more efficiently. I’ve made it easier for all working Americans to meet their federal tax obligations. I’ve taken a systems-level view of a large and complicated workplace and revealed ways to simultaneously enhance both efficiency and employee satisfaction.

There’s nothing I love more than a complex challenge of balancing user needs, stakeholder demands, technical requirements, best practices, and policy constraints. Where others see a limitation, I see an opportunity.
